The Parent Board:

A Board of Directors of 9 parents is elected at the Spring Annual Coporate Meeting (May).  Their term of office begins the following month after the joint meeting with the outgoing board.  The Board meets monthly and each member sits on a secondary committee that may or may not meet on a monthly basis.
